Richard R. Bruch, 85, husband of Rose Marie (Haines) Bruch, of North Coventry, was surrounded by his loving family at the time of his passing on Sunday, October 24, 2021. Born on October 3, 1936 in Phoenixville, he was a son of the late Mary (Boyer) and George Bruch.
After graduating from Phoenixville High School, Richard honorably served in the United States Navy from 1955 - 1958. He had been employed as a supervisor for Occidental Chemical, in Pottstown, until his retirement.
Quite the renaissance man, Richard enjoyed traveling the world with his loving wife. He loved a good meal, reading and great conversation. Richard was an outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing, woodworking and animals. He recycled everything and was the king of tinkering. He was a friend and mentor to many, but his favorite thing to do was sit around his kitchen table with a cup tea, enjoying the company and his time spent with others.
Richard shared his life and was adored by many loving nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral mass on Thursday, October 28, 2021, at 11:00 am, at St. Ann Church, Main Street at Third Avenue, Phoenixville. Officiating will be the Rev. John J. Newns. Interment will be follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Phoenixville. Friends will be received from 10:00 - 10:45 am at the Church.
