Rita (Komar) Fenyus, age 91, wife of Robert S. Fenyus Jr., of Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, passed away on Wednesday, October 9, 2024, in the Phoenixville Hospital surrounded by her family. Born on March 3, 1933, in Phoenixville, she was a daughter of the late Catherine (Chipelie) and Harry Komar.

A devout and religious woman, Rita was a longtime member of Holy Trinity Church. She loved going for rides in the car with her husband and enjoyed time spent around people.

Rita was a homemaker and an amazing woman who took great pride in taking care of her home and family. Most importantly, she made it her priority to be a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, who put her family before anything else.

In addition to her loving husband, Rita is survived by her children: Donna, wife of Rick Beard, Robert S. Fenyus III, and Richard Fenyus; five grandchildren; Allison Bellino, Jennifer Danch, Heather Matthews, Rachael Fenyus, Robert Fenyus IV, six great-grandchildren; and sister: Rose Bettole. She was preceded in death by ten siblings.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral mass on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, at 10:30 am, at Holy Trinity Church, 219 Dayton Street, Phoenixville. Officiating will be the Rev. Thomas Kletzel. Interment will follow in the Holy Trinity Cemetery. Friends will be received from 9:15 AM-10:15 AM at the Church.
