Robert E. Miller, age 76, loving husband of Shirley A. (Ebinger) Miller, of Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, passed away on Thursday, January 14, 2021 in Seasons Hospice. Born on August 27, 1944 in Palmerton, Pennsylvania, he was a son of the late Ralph and Wanda Miller.

Mr. Miller graduated from Phoenixville High School in 1963. He served his country proudly in the United States Coast Guard from 1963 until he was honorably discharged in 1967. He would later go on to work for AC Miller Concrete until his retirement. As a member of the Pottstown Elks Club, Mr. Miller enjoyed participating in volunteer activities with veterans. He was also a dedicated member of St. Vincent United Church of Christ for many years. In his spare time Mr. Miller enjoyed traveling with his loving wife; they visited many places such as Myrtle Beach, Mt. Rushmore, and Hawaii for their 50th anniversary. He was an avid golfer in his younger years and enjoyed golfing with friends whenever he had the opportunity. Mr. Miller was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and dear friend to all, and he will be missed by many.

In addition to his loving wife Mr. Miller is survived by his two children, Robert (Shannon) Miller, and Heidi (Kirk) Fagan; Two sisters, Janet Roccabello, and Arlene Hartsell; One brother, Eugene Miller; and Four grandchildren, Colin, and Cassidy Fagan and Nathan and Emily Miller. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Miller was pre‑deceased by his sister, Patricia Knight.
