Robert F. Good, beloved husband and father and a lifelong resident of? Royersford, died on Friday, October 26th, 2007 at his home at the age of 82.? He was the husband of M. Jean (Wolfe) Good, whom he married on December 24, 1949.

Born in Royersford, he was a son of the late William Raymond and Sadie Mae (Goodhart) Good.? He attended the one-room Barlow Elementary schoolhouse to the 8th grade and graduated from the Royersford High School with the class of 1943.? Robert served his country in World War II with the 182nd Field Artillery Battalion under General George S. Patton's Third Army? in Europe.? He retired in 1987 after working 38 years for the West Company where he rose from molder to Production Planner. An avid Phillies and Eagles fan, his other passions were gardening, woodworking, traveling around the world, nature and most of all, his grandchildren.

In addition to his wife of 57 years, he is survived by: two daughters; Carol, wife of Lou Wyman, of Phoenix, MD and Priscilla Good, of Baltimore, MD, two sons; Robert F. Jr. and his wife Laurie, of Grapevine, TX and Timothy A. and his wife Faith, of Royersford, six grandchildren; Alex and Dan Good, of Grapevine, Meredith and Logan Wyman, of Phoenix, and Maximillian and Marisa Good, of Royersford, and Erin Leigh Michael, of Oakland, CA, and three sisters; Dorothy Shaner, of Exton, Eileen Young, of Royersford and Sylvia, wife of Douglas Leedom, of Spring City.? He was also preceded in death by a brother William R. Good, Jr.

Friends and family may pay their respects between 12PM and 2PM , Saturday, November 3rd? at the Cattermole-Klotzbach Funeral home at 6th and Washington Sts., Royersford.? Donations may be made to the charity of your choice.??
