Robert M. Keen, age 90, husband of the late Beatrice F. (Crayton) Keen of Spring City, Pennsylvania, passed away on Tuesday, May 16, 2023 in the Woodbridge Place, East Pikeland. Born on June 20, 1932 in Phoenixville, he was a son of the late E. Elsie (Bealer) and Clarence Keen.

In his younger years, Bob was employed at Prizer's Greenhouse. He "learned the trade" of building houses while working with his mother's brother, his uncle Leonard Bealer, prior to joining the Carpenter's Union in Norristown, with his father. Bob could fix anything and could always be found working at someone's house.

A hard worker, who built his own home, Bob played as hard as he worked and loved time spent at his cabin in Still Pond, MD, where he enjoyed time out on his boat and riding waverunners. He also had a passion for riding motorcycles. Above all was his love for his wife. Bob and Bea as they were known, were always together.

Bob is survived by his children: Kathy K., wife of Terry Hodge, of East Coventry, Robert B., husband of Christine Keen, of East Coventry and Jody, wife of Matt Sands, of Spring City; grandchildren: Joel, Pat, Jennifer, Casey, Autumn and Emily; great-grandchildren: Baylee, Jaxson, Juniper, Eva, Isaac, Carley, Amy and Jason; and one great-granddaughter on the way. He was preceded in death by siblings: Leonard Keen and Pearl Dunlap.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral service on Wednesday, May 24, 2023 at 11:00 AM at the Cattermole-Klotzbach Funeral Home, 600 Washington Street, Royersford. Officiating will be the Rev. Gary Dierolf. Interment will follow in the Parker Ford Baptist Church Cemetery, Spring City. Friends will be received from 10:00 AM-11:00 AM at the funeral home.
