Robert G. Mock, age 96, husband of Doris A. (Bergstresser) Mock, of Boyertown, PA, formerly Royersford, PA passed away on Friday, August 30, 2019 in the Manatawny Manor. Born on August 28, 1923 in Geigertown, PA, he was a son of the late Elwood and Grace (Miller) Mock.

Mr. Mock was a graduate of the Birdsboro High School, and had worked until his retirement for E.H. Hoffman Tool and Die Company. Mr. Mock served in the Army Air Corps in the China Burma India Theater during World War II. He was a charter member of the Birdsboro Church of the Nazarene. Following marriage, he became a member of the Royersford Church of the Nazarene, where he was active as an adult Sunday School teacher for over 30 years, sang in the choir, and served as a church board member and treasurer. He was a board member and Past President of the Royersford Library, and following retirement, he enjoyed woodworking.

In addition to his wife of 73 years, Mr. Mock is survived by three children, Robert K., husband of Kathleen Mock of Boyertown, PA, Teena D., wife of Lawrence Beury, Sr. of Pottstown, PA, and Jill A., wife of Kenneth R. Joubert, Jr. of Elkridge, MD; seven grandchildren, Kevin Mock, Rebecca Mock, Michael (Taira) Beury, Lawrence Beury, Jr., Kenneth Joubert, III, Matthew Joubert, and Kelli (Derek) Jackson; two great-grandchildren, Ayva and Carter; one sister, Ruth (Walter) Schaeffer of Frederick, PA; and several nieces and nephews. Mr. Mock was preceded in death by one grandson, Jonathan Mock; and three siblings, LaVerne Mock, Betty Ann Grimes, Sara Beideman.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral ceremony at the Royersford Church of the Nazarene, 445 Washington Street, Royersford, PA on Wednesday, September 4, 2019 at 11:00 am. Officiating will be Rev. Peter J. Clarke. Burial will be held in the Limerick Garden of Memories. Friends will be received from 10:00 am - 11:00 am Wednesday at the Church.
