Robert L. Mourar, age 66, husband of Anna "Nancy" K. (Reed) Mourar, of Parker Ford, PA, passed away on Friday, April 8, 2016 at home. Born on July 15, 1949 in Phoenixville, PA, he was a son of the late Harry C. and Anna Mae (Tholan) Mourar.

Mr. Mourar attended Owen J. Roberts High School, then served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He previously worked for Keystone Steel in Spring City, and most recently for Meco Construction. He was a member of the American-Italian Bocce Club in Royersford and the Liberty Steam Fire Company in Spring City. He enjoyed hunting and fishing but most enjoyed tending to his well-known vegetable garden and sharing the bounty with others..

Mr. Mourar is survived by two children, Shelby and Bobby Mourar, both of Parker Ford, PA; eleven siblings, Leona F. Zupko, Sandra L. Jackson, Harry J. Mourar, William Mourar, Sharon Bortner, Polly Steeb, Linda Weiss, Donna Hurst, MaryKay Williams, Bernice Trace, and Barry Mourar; one granddaughter, Grace;many Nieces and Nephews; and Daisy, his loving Jack Russell. Mr. Mourar was preceded in death by one brother, Granville J. Mourar.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral service at the Cattermole - Klotzbach Funeral Home, 600 Washington Street, Royersford, PA on Wednesday, April 13, 2016 at 11:00 am. Officiating will be Rev. Jacqueline A. Hines. Burial will be held in the Oak Grove Cemetery. Friends will be received from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm Tuesday evening and from 10:00 am - 11:00 am Wednesday morning at the funeral home.
