Robert W. Strawhacker, 83, husband of Mary Jane (Gazzillo) Strawhacker, of Phoenixville, passed away on Tuesday, June 09, 2009, in the Phoenixville Hospital. Born in Wayne, PA, he was a son of the late Robert and Sarah (Cook) Strawhacker.

Mr. Strawhacker was a mechanic for Lawn and Golf Supply in Phoenixville until his retirement in 1988.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughter, Bonnie Messantonio, of Phoenixville, two sons, Edward, husband of Joan Strawhacker, of Schwenksville, and William, husband of Joan Strawhacker, of North Wales, four grandchildren, three Great-grandchildren, and one nephew. He was preceded in death by a daughter Joanne Lee, one sister, and one brother.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral service at the Campbell-Ennis-Klotzbach Funeral Home, Inc., Main Street at Fifth Avenue, Phoenixville, on Friday, June 12, 2009, at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in the George Washington Memorial Park, Plymouth Meeting.
