Robert C. "ZZ" Kelsch, 57, husband of Barbara L. (Engle) Kelsch, of Royersford, passed away on Friday, April 9, 2010, in the Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, Philadelphia. Born in Bally, he was a son of the late Leon L. and Pauline C. (Miller) Kelsch.

Mr. Kelsch was a 1971 graduate of Boyertown High School. He was employed as a machine operator for Bally Case and Cooler for 25 years and then for Davlyn Manufacturing in Spring City for 14 years. He was a member of the Bally Fire Co. and the Friendship Fire Co., in Royersford. ZZ enjoyed pool volleyball, quoits, and played fast pitch softball for many years for the team BWB.

In addition to his loving wife, Mr. Kelsch is survived by three daughters, Shannon M. Kelsch, of Royersford, Tammy L. Kelsch, of Spring City, and Lyndsy E. Kelsch, of Royersford, four sisters, Netty M. Poling, of Pottstown, Carol A. Kelsch, Susan L. Bauer, and Trudy M. Moyer, all of Bally, four brothers, Leon L. Kelsch, of Salisbury, MD, William J. and James P. Kelsch, both of Bally, and Donald K. Kelsch, of Boyertown, two granddaughters, Sydnie and Ava, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his memorial service at the Grace Assembly of God, Rt. 23 and Bridge Street, Spring City, on Thursday, April 15, 2010, at 6 p.m., with the Rev. Jack A.
