Robin E. "Robbie" Evans, age 57, of Royersford, passed away on Monday, December 31, 2007, in his residence.? He was the loving husband of Ann M. (Hartnett) Evans.? Born in Phoenixville, he was a son of Donald F. Evans, of Upper Providence, and the late Kathryn E. (Lynch) Evans.?
Mr. Evans was a 1968 graduate of Spring-Ford High School.? He was employed by Altivity Packaging in Phoenixville for 20 years.? He attended the Valley Forge Baptist Temple.? He served in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam Era.? An outdoorsman, Mr. Evans was an avid fisherman, enjoyed camping and gardening, and was a member of the PA Anglers Club.?
In addition to his wife of 20 years and father, Mr. Evans is survived by two daughters, Kelly A. Evans of Jeffersonville and Kimberly B. Evans of Collegeville, three step-daughters, Ann Frank of Barto, Stephanie Seidler of Red Hill and Karen Baker of Exton, sister Donna Mengel of Royersford, brothers Kenneth R. Evans of Phoenixville and John C. Evans of Spring City, and eight step-grandchildren.? ?
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Valley Forge Baptist Temple, Route 113 and Black Rock Road, Upper Providence, on Saturday, January 5, 2008 at 11 AM.? Officiating will be the Dr. Scott
