?Rose A. Sload, 82, of Devault, Pa, passed away on Tuesday, November 04, 2008, in the Phoenixville Hospital.? Born in Malvern, she was a daughter of the late Harry B. and Rose (Quigley) Sload.?
Ms. Sload was a graduate of Downingtown High School and then worked as a supervisor for the Kimberton Company for many years until retiring.? She enjoyed needlework, traveling, and gardening.?
Ms. Sload is survived by two sisters, Elizabeth Shunk, widow of Carl W. Shunk, of Phoenixville and Lois Sload of Charlestown Township, three nieces and three nephews.? She was preceded in death by eight brothers, Henry, Edward, Paul, Charles, Warren, William, Richard, and Jack, and one sister, Mary.?
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service at the Campbell-Ennis-Klotzbach Funeral Home, Inc., Main Street at Fifth Avenue, on Friday, November 7, 2008 at 10 AM.?
