Roy L. Cobourn, age 72, husband of Noreen (Dever) Cobourn, of Collegeville, PA, formerly of Berwyn, died Monday evening, June 21, 2010 in the Genesis of Spring Mill Center in East Pikeland township, PA. Born in Gladwynne, PA, he was a son of the late Leslie and Evelyn (Murphy) Cobourn. He was a 1955 graduate of the Lower Merion High School. Mr. Cobourn formerly worked in the maintenance department of the Tredyffrin Township. More recently he was working as a student bus driver for the Perkiomen Valley School District. Mr. Cobourn enjoyed volunteering for the Strafford Eagles football program and the Berwyn-Paoli little league for many years.

In addition to his wife of 33 years, Mr. Cobourn is survived by five children; Jolene (Andrew) Rissinger, Holly (James) Joyce, Jennifer (David) Arms, Robert Cobourn, Melissa (Stan) Sliwinski, four grandchildren; Leslie, Heidi, James, Keith. Mr. Cobourn was pre-deceased by one son; Roy L. Cobourn, Jr.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Service at the Campbell-Ennis-Klotzbach Funeral Home, Inc., Main Street at Fifth Avenue, Phoenixville, PA on Saturday afternoon, June 26, 2010 at 2:00PM. Burial will be held privately at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made in his name to the Paoli Presbyterian Church, 225 S. Valley Road, Paoli, PA 19301.
