Ruth V. Moore, 94, of Limerick, passed away at her home on Friday, November 7, 2008.? She was the widow of Raymond T. Moore, who died in 2002.?Ruth was born in Camden, NJ to the late Ernest and Mary (Kelly) Bennett.? She was a homemaker.?She was a member of Church of the Epiphany Episcopal Church, Royersford, PA.? While in the Philadelphia area, she ran the thrift store of Church of the Redeemer in Andalusia. ?Prior to that, she was active at St. Gabriel's Episcopal Church in Feltonville.? Ruth was also a member of the Merry Widows chapter of the Red Hat Ladies.?She is survived by a daughter, Virginia Mallatratt and husband Richard, of Limerick; son, Ronald Moore and wife Joan, of Warminster; four grandchildren and their spouses: Patricia and Ken Conrad, Andrew and Sally Mallatratt, Suzanne Moore and Michelle and Mark Barrios; and five great-grandchildren: Katelyn and Jason Conrad, Sonja MacKay, Nicholas Moore and Alexa Barrios.? She was also preceded in death by a granddaughter, Barbara Moore; great-grandson, Greg MacKay and brothers Melvin and Nelson Bennett.?Her memorial service will be held at Church of the Epiphany, 209 S. 3rd Avenue, Royersford, PA 19468 on Friday at 11:00 AM.? Officiating will be Canon James Shannon and Deacon Joseph Dietz.? Inurnment will follow in Washington Memorial Chapel Churchyard.? Friends will be received from 10-11:00 AM.?
