It is with great sadness that the family of Samantha Lynne Kittrell, age 33, of Philadelphia, PA, announces her passing suddenly on Monday, August 6, 2018. Born on October 8, 1984 in Clovis, New Mexico, she was the daughter of Karen (Emmons) Kittrell, partner of Robert Wortley of Shoemakersville, PA and John Kittrell, husband of Cindy Breasch of Omaha, NE.

In addition to her parents, Samantha Lynne is survived by her daughter, Vivian Mirabelle Decker, and her father Dennis Decker; maternal grandparents, Becky and Mike Emmons of Pottstown, PA; paternal grandparents, Shirley and Larry Quinn of Ellsworth, WI; half-siblings, Jaimee Backstrom and Matthew Kittrell; five Aunts and Uncles, Kim, wife of Jim Holman, Robert Emmons, Michael, husband of Colleen Emmons, Jennifer, wife of David Lerch, and Jackie wife of John Schroeder; Cousins, Maddy Holman; Mike, Maddox, Cailin and Kaia Emmons; Brandon and Gracie Lerch and her lifelong friends, Caitlin Bailey and Nate Gunn.

Samantha was a graduate of Spring-Ford High School. Affectionately known as Sam Girl, by her Mom, she was a smart, kind and loving daughter who had an infectious laugh. Sam lovingly called her daughter Vivian, the best gift ever. Sam will be missed dearly by her family and friends.

Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to The Clinic, 143 Church Street, Phoenixville, PA 19460.
