Samuel L. Fiorini, age 83, husband of the late Dorothy Mae (Kulp) Fiorini, of Pottstown, PA, died Tuesday evening, July 14, 2009 in the Pottstown Memorial Medical Center, Pottstown, PA. Born on April 10, 1926, in Bryn Mawr, he was a son of the late Margaret and Joseph Fiorini.

Mr. Fiorini served in the 10th Mountain Division during World War II. In 1965, Mr. Fiorini retired from the Twin County Construction Company in Limerick. He enjoyed working as a carpenter and also enjoyed painting wild life in his spare time. He faithfully attended the Vincent Mennonite Church in Spring City.

Mr. Fiorini is survived by two sons; Walter J. husband of Linda Fiorini, of Boyertown, Samuel R. Fiorini, of Pottstown, one brother; Victor A., husband of Rosina Fiorini, of Wind Crest, TX, three grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Mr. Fiorini is also survived by his companion of 10 years, Elvira Pender-Harple, and his devoted niece Donna Fiorini Austin. Mr. Fiorini was pre-deceased by one daughter; Margaret "Peggy Sue" Fiorini.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Service at the Good Shepherd Chapel Mausoleum in the Limerick Garden of Memories, 44 Swamp Pike, Limerick, PA 19468 on Monday, July 20, 2009 at 10:00AM. Officiating will be Pastor Tim Moyer. Burial will be in the Limerick Garden of Memories. Friends will be received from 9:00 - 10:00 AM, Monday morning in the Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made in his name to the Vincent Mennonite Church Building Fund, 39 Seven Stars Road, Spring City, PA 19475.
