Obituary

Sandra L. Cain Evans passed away surrounded by family and friends Thursday, February 10, 2022. She was 52.
Born on July 3, 1969 in Norristown, she was the daughter of John and JoAnn Cain. She devoted her life to caring for others and as a teenager began working in a local nursing home as a Junior Nursing Assistant. A graduate of Methacton High School, she later went on to obtain her Licensed Practical Nursing degree from the Eastern Center for Arts and Science. Sandy truly was a force to be reckoned with and family was her top priority; especially her son AJ and daughter Rhiannon.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband Randy and two children Adam Jacob Speckhart and Rhiannon Evans; siblings Timothy M. Cain and wife Beth, John Cain, Melissa A. Batson and husband Joshua, Donald J. Rubendall and wife Emily, David R. Rubendall and wife Elizabeth, Denise R. Rubendall, and Diane M. Rubendall. Sister-in-law Kristin Evans, Brother-in-Law Thomas Evans, Jr., and Father-in-Law Thomas Evans, Sr. Aunts and Uncles; Barbara, Margaret, Eileen, Colleen, Charlie, Kathy, Weir, Patrick, Barbara, Nikki, Rosalee, Paula, Harry, and Jake and she had many nieces and nephews that were all very dear to her.
Sandy was also blessed with many close friends; Cara Flad, Rita and Ronnie Weldele, Angel Collins, Toby Jones, and Christine Weimar.
She was very close to her Rubendall Cousins; David and wife Patty, Alan, Gordan, Brian and wife Maura, Donny, Chrystal and husband Tom Boris, Curt and fiancé Cara, Cindy and husband Lee Wofford, Chris, Rosemary, Dennis and Charlene, and Lisa and Scott Stead.
She was preceded in death by her brother Mark F. Cain, Grandparents Donald E. and Ilean Rubendall, John C. and Theresa Cain, and William R. and Rosalee Treadway.
At Sandy's express request, there will be no funeral services or viewing. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund for her children will be set up at a later date. Condolences may be made by visiting www.RoyersfordFuneralHome.com
