Sandra L. Ellis, age 72, of South Coventry, Pennsylvania, passed away on Thursday, November 17, 2022 in her residence. Born January 31, 1950 in Johnstown, Pennsylvania.
She was a daughter of the late Sarah (Salem) Ellis and Ronald Ellis.
As a graduate of Westmont Hilltop High School, Sandra went on to study cosmetology and became the owner of Styles By Sandi located in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania. Sandra loved her profession and earned the opportunity to style for major beauty pageants and won many awards. She loved her clients as many became close friends.
Sandra was a hardworking woman who enjoyed time spent at Cape May beach and in Port Saint Lucie / Stuart, Florida. She loved her family and took every opportunity to spend time with her grandchildren. She also enjoyed spending time with her two cats, Bogart and Bacall who became as close as family members to her.
Sandra is survived by her sons: Chad Burtnett, of Phoenixville and Jesse (Nicole) Tudor, of Port Saint Lucie, FL; grandchildren: Chae Burtnett, Jaden Burtnett, Cloe Stadelmaier, Jesse Tudor Jr., Kaley Tudor and Kacey Tudor; and siblings: Rhonda (Paul) Sabatini, Julie (Ray) Allen, Sharon (Ray) Ellis-Smith and Ronald Ellis Jr. She is also survived by her loving step-mother, Eileen Ellis, who helped raise Sandra and to whom Sandra was very close to. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Kimberly Black.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her memorial service on Wednesday, November 30, 2022, at 6:30 pm at the Campbell-Ennis-Klotzbach Funeral Home, Inc., Main Street at Fifth Avenue, Phoenixville. Officiating will be the Rev. Gary J. Dierolf. Friends will be received from 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm at the funeral home. An additional memorial service will be held for immediate family at a later date.
