Sandra Joan Shewman, age 83, wife of P. Robert Shewman, passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 9th, 2025. She was surrounded by family. Sandra was the daughter of the late Earl Henry Wahl and Sara Grovena Wahl (Fulton) and sister of the late Earl H. Wahl Jr.

Sandra was born August 27th, 1941 in Phoenixville, PA and graduated from Phoenixville High School in 1959. She married P. Robert "Bob" Shewman in 1961. She worked briefly as a secretary for Synthane Taylor Corps in Oaks, PA. As an engaged member of the Phoenixville and Kimberton communities, Sandra will be remembered as a generous and compassionate leader of the Cub Scouts and Girl Scouts, and for her volunteer work at local schools and Little League.

When Sandra was not spending her time with family or friends, she loved to do counted cross-stitch, bake and attend arts & craft shows. Sandra and her husband, Bob bonded over their shared affinity for Labrador Retrievers. Throughout her life, they had a number of dogs, all of which she loved very much. Sandra found great joy in walking her dogs and taking them for car rides. Sandra loved visiting Ocean City, NJ with family.

Sandra was a deeply supportive and loving wife, mother and grandmother who always strove to instill creativity, good sportsmanship and curiosity in her children and grandchildren. She is survived by her husband P. Robert "Bob" Shewman, daughter Tracy Williams (Shewman), son Richard Shewman and daughter-in-law Bethany Shewman (Leddon). Sandra is also survived by her five grandchildren: Jack, Tobias, Sara, Katherine, Elizabeth and two great grandchildren, Ivy and FInn.

The family would like to thank the doctors and staff of the Phoenixville Hospital Emergency room and ICU and the doctors and staff of Kidney Care Specialists'. Services will be held privately. Arrangements are being administered by the Campbell-Ennis-Klotzbach Funeral Home, Inc.
