Stanley Everett Shoffner, age 85, Husband of Barbara (Deery) Shoffner of Trappe, Pennsylvania, passed away on Wednesday, September 18, 2024. Born in Pottstown, he was the Son of the late Erma (Jenkins) and Walter Shoffner.

Stanley was a long time member of St. James Lutheran Church. He retired as a carpenter, building custom homes after working many years with Bob Walters and Richard Smith. He was also co-owner of the former Pennypacker Cigar Store in Spring City with his mother Erma. Stanley was an avid volleyball player with the Senior Center in Pottstown and on the beaches of Ocean City, New Jersey, where he enjoyed many years of family vacations. He enjoyed tending to his vegetable garden with the help of his family. He was a member of the men's church league bowling team, and the Black Rock Boat Club. He enjoyed collecting Wheel Horse tractors and Lionel trains.

Stanley is survived by his loving wife of 62 years Barbara Shoffner, his 3 children Dawn, wife of Gary Halteman, Tammi, wife of Steven Nagy Jr., William Shoffner, fiancé of Cindi Diec, 5 Grandchildren, and 1 Great Grandchild.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral service at St. James Lutheran Church, 93 Kugler Rd., Limerick, Pennsylvania on Monday, September 23, 2024 at 11:00 AM. Officiating will be Rev. Christopher A. McKinstry and Bobbie Hoffman, DOD. Burial to follow at the Limerick Garden Of Memories Cemetery. Friends will be received from 10:00 AM-11:00 AM at St. James Lutheran Church. Memorial contributions may be made to St. James Lutheran Church. Arrangements are being handled by the Cattermole - Klotzbach Funeral Home.
