Stephanie Ann Young, 61, of Pottstown, passed away on Tuesday, April 26, 2016 in Pottstown Memorial Medical Center. Born on March 30, 1955 in Chicago, IL, she was a daughter of the late William and Erica (Nicholson) Young.

Ms. Young enjoyed children and had been formerly employed as a nanny. She had a vivid imagination and wrote children's stories. She loved all animals, especially horses. She also loved trips to the beach in Ocean City, NJ. In her younger years, she excelled in dance, but she had a special talent for ballet. Stephanie was an avid cook who enjoyed feeding everyone. She had a wonderful sense of humor and loved to laugh.

Ms. Young is survived by her sisters: Margot J. Young, wife of Edward Dob, of Bala Cynwyd, and Andrea K. Lutz, of Phoenixville; fiance: Joseph Hessler, of Pottstown; and two nephews: Mackey and Tyler Lutz.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her memorial service on Friday, May 13, 2016, at 3:00 pm at the Campbell-Ennis-Klotzbach Funeral Home, Inc, 610 South Main Street, Phoenixville.
