Stephen Patrick Haines, age 60, of Phoenixville, PA, passed away on Friday, October 7, 2022. Born on January 24, 1962 in Bryn Mawr, PA, he was a son of Margaret (Duffy) Haines of Audubon, PA and the late Gerald N. Haines.
Mr. Haines was a graduate of Upper Merion High School. He enjoyed being around people, building relationships, talking, and sharing stories. He loved telling jokes, wearing flannels, and shopping at Redners, where he will be missed. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed hunting and collecting knives and guns. Mr. Haines loved dogs, shooting pool, drinking his Gold Peak Tea, and talking on the phone rather than a text. Most of all, he loved being with his family, spending time with his daughter, grandsons, mom, sisters, and nieces.
Mr. Haines is survived by one daughter, Brooke Haines of Lincoln, DE; two grandsons, Tyson and Ryder Gomez; two sisters, Geralyn, wife of James Walt of Phoenixville, PA and Melissa, wife of Benje Crigamire of Collegeville, PA; four nieces, Julianne (Andrew) Jentgens, Leah Crigamire (Luke Leister), Bridget Walt, and Meghan Crigamire; and one great-niece, Evelyn Leister.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral mass at St. Basil the Great R.C. Church, 2330 Kimberton Road, Kimberton, PA on Monday, October 17, 2022 at 10:30 am. Officiating will be Rev. Gary T. Pacitti. Burial will follow in the Calvary Cemetery, Conshohocken, PA. Friends will be received from 9:30 am - 10:30 am Monday at the Church.
