Steven M. Anoia, age 41, husband of Jillian A. (Geist) Anoia, of Royersford, Pennsylvania, passed away on Friday, December 18, 2020 in his residence, after a long and courageous battle with ALS. Born on February 7, 1979 in Shamokin, he was a son of Doris (Grimmer) Anoia, of Beaver Springs and Dean, husband of Barbara Anoia, of Bloomsburg.
Steve was employed in customer web support by Citadel Federal Credit Union, in Limerick, and later at the corporate office in Exton. He was a diehard Philadelphia Sports Fan; a true four for four!
Steve loved a good beer, hanging out and could carry a conversation with absolutely anyone. He had a personality of putting others first and was always looking out for the "little guy." Steve would make sure everyone was taken care of, accounted for and given a fair shake.
In addition to his loving wife and parents, Steve is survived by his sons: Gabriel J. Anoia and Chase W. Anoia, both at home; and his brothers: Anthony Anoia, of Danville, Barry Anoia, of Shamokin and Matthew Anoia, of Ft. Hood, NY.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, funeral services will be held privately at the convenience of the family. A celebration of Steve's life will be announced for a time when everyone can safely gather and Steve's life can be truly remembered! Arrangements are being handled by the Cattermole - Klotzbach Funeral Home, Royersford. Condolences may be offered online at www.RoyersfordFuneralHome.com.
