Susan E. (Makins) Denner, age 66, wife of Thomas E. Denner, of Phoenixville, PA passed away on Tuesday morning, February 10, 2015 in the Phoenixville Hospital, Phoenixville, PA. Born in Johnstown, PA, she was a daughter of the late Joseph B. Makins, Sr. and Mae (Bowen) Makins. She was a former inspector and manager at the Royersford Spring Company. Mrs. Denner was a great friend to anyone she came in contact with. She loved the time she could spend with her family and friends. She most adored the husband she cherished for nearly 50 years. They were a great example of what love and a relationship should be.

In addition to her husband, Mrs. Denner is survived by four children: Thomas M. husband of Tammy C. (Shumate) Denner, of South Coventry; Edward J., husband of Susan M. (Merchant) Denner, of Royersford, PA; Timothy J., husband of Micah A. Jones, of Charlotte, NC; Tammi J. Denner, of Birdsboro, PA; six siblings: Joseph Makins, Joan (Hobert) Moyer, James (Vicki) Makins, Edward (Maria) Makins, Allan Makins, Sandra (William) Moyer; five grandchildren: Michael, Aaron, Hailey, Kasay, Faith; and many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral service at the Cattermole-Klotzbach Funeral Home, 600 Washington Street, Royersford, PA on Friday, February 13th, 2015 at 3:30PM. Burial will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Friends will be received from 2:30 – 3:30PM Friday afternoon at the funeral home.
