T. Edgar McBride, age 97, husband of the late Alice (Epprecht) McBride, of Phoenixville, PA, died Wednesday evening, January 2, 2008? in the Phoenixville Hospital, Phoenixville.? Born in Chester Springs, PA, Mr. McBride was a son of the late Hosea M. and Emma (Shoffner) McBride. ?A master carpenter, he started working with the Raymond Davis Company then opened his own business in Phoenixville.? He then worked for the Keystone Drawn Steel Company in Spring City, PA.? Mr. McBride was a member of the Iron Workers Union.? He was an avid Philadelphia Phillies Fan.? Mr. McBride was a very active member of the Otterbein United Methodist Church in Mont Clare, PA.?
?Mr. McBride is survived by three daughters; Deborah M. Ricard, of Arden, DE, A. Renee, wife of William M. Byrne, of Collegeville, Myrna A., wife of the late Royle B. Hallman, of Phoenixville, four grandchildren; Aimee Lucas, Erika Whitmore, Katie Byrne, Meredith Byrne, four great-grandchildren, Juliette, Isabella, Elise, Hannah, and many nieces and nephews.? Mr. McBride is pre-deceased by eleven brothers and sisters.?

Officiating will be the Rev. Timothy Carl Anderman.? Burial will be in the Morris Cemetery, Phoenixville, PA.? Friends will be received 9:30 - 10:15AM Monday morning at the Church.?
