Thelma Ellen Griesemer, age 99, of Spring City, PA passed away peacefully in her sleep to the loving Lord on February 19, 2025. She was a resident at Sanatoga Center for the past 3 years. She was the daughter of F. Albert and Thelma Ahlum (Rebert) and beloved wife to the late Robert F. Griesemer. They were married just shy of 50 years.

Thelma is survived by her son, Randy A. Griesemer of Spring City, PA and her daughter, Gail McFarland, wife of C. Eugene McFarland of Ambler, PA. She has three grandchildren, Ryan Griesemer McFarland, Joshua Ahlum McFarland and Sarah Rebert Dooley, wife of Paul J. Dooley.

Thelma graduated from Royersford High School where she was active in the band playing the tuba and trombone. She grew up a member of Parker Ford Church of the Brethren and later became a member of Green Tree Church of the Brethren. She served as a Sunday school teacher for many years at both churches. She loved to sing, play the piano, bake delicious desserts, enjoyed reading and traveling. Her grandchildren were very special to her and she loved attending all their activities throughout the years.
