Thelma Louise (nee Apel) Smith, age 85, formerly of Schwenksville and Fairview Village, died on Saturday, August 20, 2016 at Chestnut Knoll Memory Care Facility in Boyertown. She is survived by her husband of nearly 65 years, John, her children, Marilyn Herczeg (the late Stephen), Steve (Meg), and Lorraine Dingley (David), as well as her five grandchildren.
Relatives and Friends are invited to a memorial service at Cattermole-Klotzbach Funeral Home at Sixth and Washington Streets in Royersford on Saturday, September 3, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. There will be a visitation from 10:00-11:00 A.M. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in Thelma's name to the Alzheimer's Association, 237 Court Street, Reading, PA 19601.
