Theresa L. (Warwick) Frock Hoffman, 51 of Upper Providence, died on Sunday, December 15, 2013 at her home after a chronic illness.
She was born in Norristown, a daughter of the late Francis Sr. and Theresa C. (Baumgard) Warwick Sr. She was a 1979 graduate of Spring-Ford High School and Cape May County Vocational Technical School. She was employed for many years as an LPN at the Southeastern Veterans Center, Spring City, PA and formerly at Parkhouse Providence Pointe and as a private duty nurse.
She is survived by a sister, Georgette D. (Warwick) Millard and husband Randy, of Royersford and brother, Michael J. Warwick Sr. and wife Brenda , of Trappe; nieces and nephews: Michael J. Warwick Jr. and wife Kristen, Carrie Ann Warwick, Toni Christine Warwick, Francis Warwick III and wife Jess, Douglas Warwick and wife Becki, and Ryan Warwick; great nieces and nehews: Breezy Lee, Mason, Alexie, Skylar, Tristan, Jameson and Lylyanna. She was the fiancé of Frank Robert Frock. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Francis Warwick Jr.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 19, 2013 at 6:00 PM at Cattermole-Klotzbach Funeral Home, 600 Washington Street, Royersford, PA. Officiating will be Lay Pastor Robert Simcox Sr. Visitation will be from 4:30-6 PM. A light reception will follow.
