Thomas F. Graham, of Phoenixville, PA, passed away on Thursday, August 13, 2015 in Chester Valley Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. Born in Phoenixville, PA, he was a son of John and Eleanor (Fortune) Graham. Mr. Graham was a graduate of Phoenixville High School, class of 1948. Following graduation, he enlisted in the United States Navy, serving until 1952. Mr. Graham began his 50 years of coaching baseball for the Phoenixville Babe Ruth League in 1957, receiving an Outstanding Citizen citation from the Phoenixville Hospital Foundation.

Mr. Graham is survived by one brother-in-law, Rodger, husband of the late Jeanne Rapp; two nieces, Nancy, wife of Rev. Ozzie Vater of Key West, FL and Jennifer, wife of Gary Siller of Royersford, PA; two nephews, John, husband of Linda Rapp of Poughkeepsie, NY and Thomas Rapp of Phoenixville, PA.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral service at the Campbell-Ennis-Klotzbach Funeral Home, Inc, 610 South Main Street, Phoenixville, PA on Wednesday, August 26, 2015 at 11:00 am. Officiating will be Rev. Ozzie Vater. Burial will be held in the Morris Cemetery, Phoenixville, PA. Friends will be received from 9:30 am - 11:00 am Wednesday at the funeral home.
