Thomas H. Smith, age 52, of Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, passed away on Thursday, March 29, 2018. Born on February 12, 1966 in Puerto Rico, he was a son of Carol Smith of Phoenixville and the late Robert C. Smith.

In addition to his mother, Tom is survived by two siblings, Charles M., husband of Janet Smith of Basking Ridge, NJ and Caroline S., wife of John Campbell of Matthews, NC; four nieces and nephews, Nora and Scott Smith and Michael and Jacqueline Campbell; his Aunt, Barbara Schenck; and many loving caregivers.
