Tracy C. Williams, age 59, of Philadelphia, PA, passed away on Tuesday, February 15, 2022 at home of natural causes. Born on May 1, 1962 in Norristown, PA, he was a son of Dorothy M. (Davis) Emory-Bowling and the late Daniel C. Williams III.

Tracy was a spiritual and faithful man. He worked as a painter and tremendously enjoyed the profession. He loved history, specifically researching military history and military memorabilia. He had a fascination for cars, and often could be found tinkering on them. He loved socializing with all he came into contact with, and being the center of attention. He enjoyed fishing with his brother and spotting bald eagles. Tracy also enjoyed listening to music, especially old school RandB.

Mr. Williams is survived by four children, Tracy "T.C." Williams, Justin Williams, Tyler Williams and Brianna Thomas along with their mother Renee Thomas; two siblings, Daniel C. (Amy) Williams IV and Michelle (Abraham) Azimi; a half-sister, Becky Emory; grandchildren, Justin and Xavier Harris, Kaidyn Williams, Stefaya Oney, and Makenyah and Liam Thomas; nieces and nephews, Tom (Steph) Rozinski, Scott Rozinski, AmyMae Williams, John Williams, Amore (Brian) Cason; many loving Aunts, Uncles, and cousins; and his loving cat, Hope. Tracy was preceded in death by one son, Daniel Nyle Williams.
