Travis E. "Toby" Phipps, age 40, husband of Connie (Shoap) Phipps, of Royersford, PA, died suddenly Wednesday morning in Franklin County, PA.? Born in Pottstown, Mr. Phipps was a son of Francis W. (Maria) Phipps, of Port Royal, PA and Barbara (Rick) Weibelt, of CA.? Mr. Phipps was a 1985 graduate of the Spring - Ford High School.? He worked for the Plotts Energy Company in Royersford as a HVAC Technician.? He enjoyed hunting and fishing in the Indian River, in Delaware.?
?In addition to his parents and wife, Mr. Phipps is survived by; one step-daughter; Nicole L. Fox, one step-son; Randy A. Fox, Jr., both at home in Royersford, two brothers; Parkey Phipps, of Port Royal, PA, Randy Phipps, of Port Royal, Aunt; Diane (Ted) Carl, two cousins; Ray Hilborn and Timothy Carl.? He was preceded in death by his grandparents that help raise him; Ann and Isaac Schlichter, and great uncle Ken Moyer.? ?
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Service at the Cattermole - Klotzbach Funeral Home, 600 Washington Street, Royersford, PA on Sunday afternoon, February 17, 2008 at 3:30PM.?
