Vareda B. (Love) Templeton, age 96, wife of the late Virgil S. Templeton, of Royersford, Pennsylvania, passed away on Tuesday, December 7, 2021 in Parkhouse Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Royersford. Born on June 11, 1925 in South Huntingdon Township, Westmoreland County, she was a daughter of the late Lillian (Smith) and Albert Love.

Mrs. Templeton was a homemaker and raised three sons. She was an avid reader, liked crossword puzzles and enjoyed watching television, especially documentaries.

Mrs. Templeton is survived by two sons: Thomas K. Templeton, and his wife Brenda, of Concord, MI and Kevin E. Templeton, of Royersford, PA; granddaughter: Angie Templeton, of Homer, MI; step-grandson: Randall Kabel, of Concord, MI; and two nieces: Pam and Lori. In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Templeton was preceded in death by one son: Jerry D. Templeton.

Funeral services will be held privately at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Vareda's name to any Disabled Veteran's Foundation of choice.
