Virginia D. Ottaviano, age 87, wife of the late John F. Ottaviano Sr. of Havertown and Phoenixville, PA, passed away on Friday, January 3, 2025 in the Phoenixville Hospital. Born on November 13, 1937 in Valley Forge, she was the daughter of the late Marian (Hartshaw) and William Mysawka.

Mrs. Ottaviano graduated from Phoenixville High School, and she continued her education by attending the Bryn Mawr Hospital School of Nursing. She worked in the nursery as a registered nurse for both the Bryn Mawr Hospital and the Phoenixville Hospital, along with being a homemaker to her family. Mrs. Ottaviano was an avid reader, and she was a lover and supporter of animals and animal rescue groups throughout the years.

Mrs. Ottaviano is survived by two children; John Ottaviano Jr., Michelle Hawley (husband Michael) and five grandchildren; Justin Ottaviano, (wife Tiera), Ryan Ottaviano, (fiancé Katie Lisi), Lauren Ottaviano, Lyssa Hawley, and Brooke Hawley, (fiancé Preston Neidermyer); seven great-grandchildren, Javon, Jullion, Jionnie, Haylee, Natalie, Rylan and Sylas; one brother, Peter Mysawka, (late wife Barbara Mysawka); a niece and nephew, Stacie and Craig, two aunts; Sara and Catherine and several cousins.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her memorial service at the Campbell-Ennis-Klotzbach Funeral Home, Inc., 610 Main Street, Phoenixville, PA on Friday, January 17, 2025. Officiating will be Pastor James Roth. Burial will follow in the Philadelphia Memorial Park, Malvern, PA. Friends will be received for visitation from 11:00 AM-12:00 PM at the funeral home. Service will be held at 12:00 pm at the funeral home. Cemetery will follow. Arrangements are being handled by the Campbell - Ennis - Klotzbach Funeral Home, Inc., Phoenixville, PA.
