Vivek S. Hivale, Husband of Minita Hivale of Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, passed away on Wednesday, February 7, 2024, at the age of 67. He was born in Shillong, India and grew up in Jabalpur, India. He was the Son of Kusum and Shamrao Hivale.

Vivek arrived in the United States in 1987 and earned his United States Citizenship in 1992. He worked many years as a travel agent, and then owned and operated a daycare center with his wife Minita for 20 years. In 2023 Vivek closed the daycare and retired.

Vivek enjoyed listening to classical music as he worked in his study. He enjoyed a cup of tea every morning and every evening. He loved to read, watch movies, and walk his dog, Charlie.

He is survived by his wife Minita Hivale, his children Kunal Hivale, and Kavita Hivale, his brothers, Suresh Hivale and Karan Hivale, and sisters Ramola Carter, Vidiya Hivale, and Ira Hivale. He was preceded in death by his parents Shamrao Hivale and Kusum (Bhambal) Hivale, and Brother Ajit Hivale.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral service at Campbell - Ennis - Klotzbach Funeral Home, Inc. 610 Main Street, Phoenixville, PA 19460. Tuesday February 13, 2024 at 11 am. Officiating will be Fr. Sam of St. Peter's Episcopal Church. Friends will be received from 10 - 11 am Tuesday morning at the Funeral Home.
