Walter Kolubinsky Sr., age 94, husband of Doreen (Horne) Kolubinsky, of Phoenixville, PA, passed away on Saturday, July 9, 2022 in the Reading Hospital. Born on June 17, 1928 in Ukraine, he was a son of the late Michael and Paulina (Klak) Kolubinsky.

Mr. Kolubinsky was a faithful member of Sts. Peter and Paul Ukrainian Catholic Church in Phoenixville, PA, where he was active in the choir, assisted with the services, and read the Epistle. He began his 30 year career with Phoenix Steel in 1956, and he enjoyed reading.

In addition to his wife of 68 years, Mr. Kolubinsky is survived by three children, Jane, wife of Douglas Linscomb of San Antonio, TX, Walter Kolubinsky, Jr. of Phoenixville, PA, and Peter Kolubinsky of Phoenixville, PA; and four grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Divine Liturgy at Sts. Peter and Paul Ukrainian Catholic Church, Fairview Street at St. Mary's Street, Phoenixville, PA on Friday, July 15, 2022 at 11:00 am. Officiating will be Rev. Ihor Royik. Burial will be held in the Sts. Peter and Paul Ukranian Catholic Church Cemetery, Phoenixville, PA. Friends will be received from 9:30 am - 10:45 am Friday at the Church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to the Sts. Peter and Paul Ukrainian Catholic Church, 472 Emmett Street, Phoenixville, PA 19460.
