Wendy Lee Belcher, age 60, wife of the late Jay Belcher, of East Coventry, formerly Kimberton, PA passed away on Sunday, December 10, 2017 at home. Born on February 24, 1957 in Bay City, Michigan, she was a daughter of Nancy (Majeske) Klatt of Oley, PA and the late Arthur F. Klatt.

Mrs. Belcher was a graduate of Southern Lehigh Senior High School, and attended Kutztown University. With her knowledge of the corporate world and office procedures, she worked as the office manager for Office Installation Service in Phoenixville, a company founded by her husband and step-son. She had also worked as an administrative assistant to the owner of Shriner Tree Care in King of Prussia, and AVT in Kimberton. Wendy was the backbone of her family, and was very supportive of her grandchildren and nieces in their athletic endeavors. Along with her late husband, she was very instrumental and charitable in various Phoenixville community organizations. Wendy enjoyed creating stained glass and gardening, and had an affection for her dogs and owned several horses, including her favorite Sam. Wendy had a tight knit core group of friends that she spent a lifetime cherishing memories with, and she will be missed by all who knew her.

Wendy is survived by two siblings, Dorrie L. Klatt of Boyertown, PA and Arthur H. Klatt of Oley, PA; step-son, Neil Belcher, companion of Katrina Famous of East Coventry; two grandchildren, Evan and Alexis Belcher; two nieces, Ashley Jordan Klatt and Maya Hope Linton; one great-niece, Emma Alexandra Thomas; sister-in-law, Ruth Ellen Brewer of Pottstown, PA; and many cousins.
