Wendy S. Keefer, age 42, of Limerick, passed away on Friday, December 27, 2013 in the Pottstown Memorial Medical Center following a brief illness. Born in Norristown, she was a daughter of Barbara A. (Templeton) Keefer of Limerick and the late Carl E. Keefer Sr.

Wendy was a member of the Parker Ford Church of the Brethren. She was a hairdresser for many years in the surrounding area. Wendy was a member of the Limerick Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary, and enjoyed riding motorcycles.

In addition to her mother, Wendy is survived by one daughter, Della Keefer; three brothers, Carl Keefer Jr. of Royersford, Edward Keefer Sr., husband of Wanda of Arkansas, and James Keefer, husband of Kris of Royersford; and nieces and nephews, Edward Jr., Michael, Jessica, Jacqueline, Jennifer, Carly, Tyler, and Evan.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service at the Parker Ford Church, 20 Rinehart Road, Pottstown, PA 19465 on Friday, January 3, 2014 at 11:00 AM. Officiating will be the Rev. Tim Doering. Burial will follow in the Limerick Garden of Memories. Friends will be received at the church from 9:00-10:45 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Wendy Keefer Memorial Fund, c/o Customers Bank, 99 BridgeStreet, Phoenixville, PA 19460 for her daughters education fund.
