William E. "Bill" Austin Jr., age 76, of Douglassville, PA, passed away on Tuesday, May 30, 2023 in the Pottstown Hospital. Born on January 31, 1947 in Phoenixville, PA he was a son of the late William E. Sr. and Elizabeth (Jarrett) Austin.

Mr. Austin was a graduate of Phoenixville High School, and he studied accounting and finance at Ursinus College. He retired in 2020 after many years working as an accountant for Mauger Energy Company. Bill was an avid traveler, visiting many locations over his lifetime.

Bill is survived by two nephews and one niece, Cody Austin, Samuel Austin Jr., and Susan Austin; and his sister-in-law, Fran Austin. He was preceded in death by one brother, Samuel Austin.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral service at the Campbell-Ennis-Klotzbach Funeral Home, Inc, 610 Main Street, Phoenixville, PA on Wednesday, June 7, 2023 at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow in the Philadelphia Memorial Park, Malvern, PA. Friends will be received from 10:00 AM-11:00 AM at the funeral home on Wednesday morning.
