William A. "Bill" Eggeling, age 61, husband of Claire P. (Kincade) Eggeling, of Phoenixville, PA passed away Saturday evening, February 12, 2011 in the Phoenixville Hospital. Born in Phoenixville, he was a son of the late John and Emma Eggeling.

Mr. Eggeling was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ. He was employed by the Valley Forge Sewer Authority for 20 years. Mr. Eggeling was a lifetime member of the Valley Forge Fire Company and the West End Fire Company. He enjoyed working on and collecting cars, attending car shows, and vacationing in Cape Cod.

Mr. Eggeling leaves behind many friends who he has held close to his heart. His family meant the world to him; his memory will continue to shine through the lives of his children, Lauren, Kevin and David.

In addition to his wife of 26 years, he is survived by, one daughter, Lauren Eggeling, of Phoenixville; two sons, Kevin W. and David J. Eggeling, both of Phoenixville; two sisters, Deborah M., wife of Robert Ullman, of York, PA, and Penni L., wife of Jerry Bogda, of West Chester, PA; two brothers, James Edward, husband of Gail Eggeling, of Pottstown, and Larry T., husband of Brenda Eggeling, of Pottstown, and many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral service at St. John's United Church of Christ, 315 Gay Street, Phoenixville, PA 19460 on Friday, February 18, 2011 at 10:30 AM. Officiating will be the Rev. Linda S. Gruber. Burial will follow in the St. Ann Cemetery, Phoenixville. Friends will be received at the Campbell-Ennis-Klotzbach Funeral Home, Inc., Main Street at Fifth Avenue, Phoenixville, on Thursday evening, February 17, 2011 from 6:00-8:00 PM, or at the church on Friday, February 18, 2011 from 9:30-10:30 AM.
