Zypee X. Buting, age 36, of Pottstown, PA died suddenly of natural causes on Wednesday, January 2nd, 2013 in the Pottstown Memorial Medical Center. Born in New York, he was a son of Albert C. Buting, of the Philippines and the late Nancy L. (Colalong) Buting. Zypee served his country in the United States Coast Guard for 6 years.

Mr. Buting enjoyed spending time with his son, usually playing video games or putting together Lego sets. He was an avid bowler and was very proud of his 300 game. He was also a die-hard Yankee fan.

In addition to his father, Mr. Buting is survived by one son: Jedi A. Buting, of Spring City, PA; five brothers: Westgard A.C. Buting, of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; Rhuenzel B. Buting, of Jacksonville, FL; Daniel Buting of the Philippines; Joshua Buting of the Philippines; Will Andrews Buting of the Philippines.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral service at the Cattermole-Klotzbach Funeral Home, 600 Washington Street, Royersford, PA 19468 on Tuesday, January 8th 2013 at 3:00PM. Burial will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Friends will be received from 2:00 - 3:00 PM Tuesday afternoon at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to "Westgard A.C. Buting" and sent to PO Box 24844 Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33307 which will be used for a memorial fund.
